Cooking Ingredients 配料: Half Chicken / 500g meat, prawns, yellow noodle, rice vermicelli, bean sprouts, water spinach, egg, fried onion

半只鸡 / 500克肉类,虾,面,米粉,豆芽,蕹菜,鸡蛋,炸葱头


Cooking Method 煮法: 

1. Cook chicken and prawns with 2000ml of boiling water over high heat for 20 minutes and low heat for another 20 minutes. Remove chicken and prawns to debone and cut.

将鸡放入 2000ml 沸水中,大火煮 20分钟,再转小火煮 20分钟。鸡煮熟后再捞起来去骨及切片。


2. Add 1 packet Prawn Mee Paste into soup and stir. Season with salt and rock sugar.



3. Cook with yellow noodle, rice vermicelli, bean sprouts and water spinach. Top with meat slices, prawns, hard-boiled egg with fried onion and ladle in the soup. Serve 3-4 persons.

将面,米粉,豆芽和蕹菜煮熟。加上肉片,虾,鸡蛋和炸葱头。滔汤入面即可。供 3-4个人食用。
