Cooking Ingredients 配料: 1kg chicken, 1 egg, 20ml of water, 3 spoons of cooking oil
1公斤鸡肉，1 粒鸡蛋，4 汤匙水，3 汤匙食用油
Cooking Method 煮法:
1. Add Fried Chicken Powder, egg, water with cooking oil, mix into paste.
将峇拉煎炸鸡粉加蛋，水及食用油混合至糊状。
2. Add chicken and marinade for 20 minutes.
加入鸡块腌制 20 分钟。
3. Deep fried until golden brown. Serve 5-6 persons.
放入油中炸至金黄色熟透。供 5-6 人食用。
