煮法 Cooking Method:
1.准备 2000ml 的清水,加入红枣清补料,煮半小时。
To boil 2000ml of water, add in Red Dates Nourishing Soup ingredients and cook over for 30 minutes.
2.加入肉类 (大约 600g) 或喜欢的配料,再慢火煮 1小时。
Add in chicken or preferred meat and cook for another 1 hour.
3.加入适量盐调味,趁热享用。
Season with salt.
