成份：川芎，白芍药，当归，白术，白茯苓，熟地黄，党参，甘草
Ingredients: Chinese Angelica, Rehmannia, Bai Zhu, Peony Root, Black Dates, Licorice, Chuan Xiong, Chinese Poria, Eucommia ulmoides, Licorice
功效：益气补血，气短，脉细弱或虚大无力
Function: Enrich blood and regulate menstruation, promoting blood circulation, and relieve pain.

煮法 Cooking Method：
1.准备 2000ml 的清水，加入八珍汤料，煮半小时。
To boil 2000ml of water, add in Ba Zhen Soup ingredients and cook over for 30 minutes.
2.加入肉类 (大约 600g) 或喜欢的配料，再慢火煮 1小时。
Add in chicken or preferred meat and cook for another 1 hour.
3.加入适量盐调味，趁热享用。
Season with salt.
