Cooking Ingredients 配料: 1 - 1.5kg chicken / meat
1 - 1.5公斤鸡肉 / 肉类
Cooking Method 煮法:
1. Spread Seasoning Mix over the chicken evenly and marinade for about 1 hour.
将黑胡椒调味腌料均匀涂于鸡肉上，腌至大约 1小时。
2. Brush some oil evenly over the chicken and roast in the oven (350°F/180°C) for approximately 35-40 minutes or pan-fry / grill until cooked.
将腌好的鸡肉抹上少许食用油，然后放入烤炉内 (350°F/180°C) 烘烤大约 35-40 分钟或煎 / 烧烤至熟透。
